Kent Nutrition’s Argis Probiotic Wins IPPE 2026 Award

Kent Nutrition has won the Best of the Best Award in the Animal Food category at IPPE 2026 in Atlanta, highlighting innovation in feed milling and animal nutrition. Argis® was selected for its impact on poultry and swine feed efficiency, improving animal performance through a proprietary strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.

Kent revealed in a press release that Argis enhances the nutritional value of soybean meal, reducing the need for multiple exogenous enzymes while remaining stable during heat processing and low pH conditions, which are key challenges in modern feed milling. This makes it a valuable tool for feed manufacturers seeking consistent, high-performance ingredients.

“Winning the Best of the Best Award is an incredible honour for Kent Nutrition and a strong validation of our work,” said Causemaker. “Argis is changing the game in poultry nutrition, giving producers a powerful, science-backed tool to help improve feed efficiency and performance. This recognition underscores the meaningful impact our team is delivering to the industry.”

The award was presented during a ceremony at IPPE, with Kent Nutrition’s Kale Causemaker accepting on behalf of the company. Argis is patent-protected (US20220347234A1) and is being showcased at IPPE booth A1059.
