AGI (Ag Growth International) has delivered its first Flexmill feed-processing systems to customers in the United States. According to the company, this marks a milestone in the rollout of its modular feed-production technology.
A press release stated that the Flexmill system is designed for on-farm and commercial operations, offering precise batching, efficient grinding, advanced micro-dosing, and streamlined material handling in a compact, modular footprint. Its bolt-together design allows installations in existing buildings with minimal disruption, supporting feed production of up to 10 metric tonnes per hour.
“The Flexmill system solves real facility challenges with a compact, configurable design that delivers consistent, high-quality feed,” says Noam Silberstein, AGI Senior Vice President, Global Food & Feed.
US installations of the mill had begun last year with a poultry operation in the Mid-Atlantic and plans to expand with new on-farm systems and a feed-processing facility at the University of Wyoming’s Laramie Research and Extension Center (LREC) in 2026.
“The Flexmill’s bolt-together, modular design installs quickly, and its multiple ingredient scales enable simultaneous batching to maximize throughput,” said Shawn Conway, AGI Director of Commercial Execution & Product Transfer, Global Feed.
The company hosted educational sessions on Flexmill systems during the IPPE 2026 Expo in Atlanta this week, highlighting configurable feed processing and cost-saving opportunities in storage and batching systems.
