Anton Paar offers the Brabender TwinLab B-TSE-S 30/40, a pilot-scale double-screw extruder designed for food and feed applications with throughput of up to 100kg/h.
The compact system features a clamshell barrel that opens at the push of a button, providing full access to screws and liners for fast cleaning and inspection. Detachable liner inserts can be exchanged quickly for demanding or abrasive materials.
The MetaBridge software enables real-time monitoring and automatic data capture for traceable reporting. The integrated engineering interface allows software-based configuration of sensors and actuators, enabling future expansion without hardware modifications.
The extruder is suitable for pilot trials, scale-up validation, and small-batch production. It operates at speeds up to 1200 rpm with 2 x 150Nm torque.
