GMach Milling has commissioned a new flour mill in Kazakhstan’s Karaganda with a processing capacity of 350 tonnes per day, developed for Etalon Ltd. The facility adds to the company’s growing number of turnkey projects in Kazakhstan and marks a continued investment in the country’s agricultural sector.
The mill is fully automated and includes a steel-structured design. According to GMach, the project was launched in response to investor demand for an efficient, low-maintenance production facility. The company delivered the project’s structural and technological components.
The facility features a full automation system aimed at reducing labour and operational costs. It includes equipment for cleaning and sorting grains before milling. By-products such as animal feed are produced from separated light grains. The plant uses trieurs and tempering machines to sort and prepare grain for milling.
Energy-saving electric motors have been installed to reduce consumption. The mill uses food safety-compliant sifters to ensure product security.
GMach has completed nearly 60 turnkey projects in Kazakhstan, along with silo and machinery systems for about 30 enterprises. The company operates two local branches, providing support services across the region.
The Karaganda mill is part of a larger complex that includes production, administrative, and logistics facilities. The production line allows for the manufacture of flour in various forms to meet different market needs.
