Ortaş Değirmen has commissioned a new flour factory with the latest technological equipment for Oltın Tegirmon, one of the leaders of the flour sector in Uzbekistan. With a capacity of 400 tonnes/day, this modern facility is the largest capacity production facility that the company has offered to its customers after its previous factories with a capacity of 180 and 250 tonnes/day.

Ortaş Değirmen, which has previously established factories with a capacity of 180 and 250 tonnes/day within the scope of its long-standing cooperation with Oltın Tegirmon company, proved its expertise once again in this latest project.
Oltın Tegirmon, as a brand that has proven itself in the Uzbekistan market in terms of flour quality, will continue to produce the most preferred and well-known products of the market in its new factory. In addition, it aims to produce new types and higher quality flours that it plans to offer to the sector in this facility. This latest factory, which is capable of producing many types of flour in terms of diagram and design, draws attention with its flexible production capability.
The design of the factory, all steel construction solutions and machine selections were carried out by Ortaş Değirmen. FORTİS brand rollers, which are used in the factory and which won the 2023 German Design Award, were used in this plant for the first time in Uzbekistan. These machines were specially designed to maximise production quality. In addition, the new generation PLC system was integrated into the factory by using all technological facilities.
