New assignment from Lallemand Animal Nutrition

January 5th, 2021 – US-based Lallemand Animal Nutrition has appointed a new manager to the Center of Feed Excellence in New York, who will characterize bacteria, lead innovative research projects applying OMICS technologies, investigate the application of feed inoculants during collection and subsequent animal performance during feeding.

This task will be fulfilled by Richard Scuderi, who holds a master’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Vermont. Before joining Lallemand Animal Nutrition, he served for two years as Director of Dairy Nutrition and Quality Assurance at Mercer Milling Company in Liverpool, USA. He also conducted various researches at the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, University of Vermont.
