The Latin American Millers Association (AILA) founded in Chile in 1980 is a Trade Association, representing Companies within the numerous operating areas of the Milling Industry.

The aims of the organisation, which operates throughout Latin America, are to share experiences and promote ‘best’ Milling practices. The AILA organisation main aim is to defend the common interests of the Milling Industry throughout the whole Region.

AILA also promotes and develops extensive co-operation and integration among its members. It, also oversees the standards within the various manufacturing areas, which operate within the Milling Industry.
