The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) is a UK-based organisation that supports the country’s Agriculture and Horticulture industry, investing around £60m in the delivery of varied projects in their support.
The organisation works in a range of fields, including the opening and development of markets for Farmers and Growers products, both in the UK and Overseas. It also develops new tools and techniques, through innovative Research and Development, which are delivered to Farmers and Growers through its effective, collaborative ‘Knowledge Exchange’ programmes. The organisation provides independent Market Intelligence to improve business decision-making and t0 help educate the next generation of consumers and farmers..

This particularly involves helping the Agriculture Industry to embrace new technologies, techniques and skills in order to become more competitive and profitable for the future.
